ITAP is a scientifically independent organization of Turkish Community Services Foundation (Turkiye Toplum Hizmetleri Vakfı) (TTHV) which is a nonprofit voluntary organization devoted to community services. The building complex is managed by TTHV and the fees for accomodation, meals and other services of each activity is paid by ITAP to TTHV management in the beginning of each activity. A 70 Euros per person per day which includes accomodation and three meals a day is charged in all international meetings. An 35 Euro scholarship per person per day is granted to all participants from scientific organizations in the Republic of Turkey. The fee should be paid in advance or, in the first day of the meeting at latest. For advanced online payment please contact the director. The laundary service is charged 7 Euros per session.
